Cynthia has been Professor of Sustainability at UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures since 2008. She has pioneered transdisciplinary research in water, sanitation, learning and community development and led numerous collaborative projects in Australia and Asia-Pacific that have had on-the-ground impacts. She has been recognised with national and international awards from industry, government, the engineering profession, and the university sector.
Mr Christopher Thiesfield

Chris owns and operates a recognised Registered Training Organisation and has delivered training and employment programs for Indigenous Australians over many years. Chris is a Gooreng Gooreng man and traditional owner from the Bundaberg area of Queensland. He is a qualified horticulturist and developer of hydroponic systems and is a former member of the national AgriFood Skills Rural and Related Standing Committee.
Ms Anthea Fawcett

Anthea is the Founder of the Remote Indigenous Gardens Network and of Foodswell. Her training is in the humanities. She has worked in sustainable design, policy and the sustainable development arena in cross-cultural settings in Australia and overseas for over twenty years. From 2010-2014 she was the Chairperson of the Management Committee of CuriousWorks, a not-for-profit arts organisation that bridges the digital divide to empower marginalised youth to tell their stories, in their own voice.
Ms Luci Rafferty

Luci is a lawyer with over twenty years of corporate and legal experience. From 2003 until December 2012, she was General Counsel and Company Secretary of Alesco Corporation Limited, an industrial company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange until 2012. Prior to this she was General Counsel at Namoi Cotton Co-operative Limited from 1999 to 2003, based in rural New South Wales. She has also worked for Sydney based law firms Anderson Legal and Gadens.
